Forge-Tec wheels are designed and engineered exclusively for each unique vehicle make/model application – specifically reflective of that vehicles expression, status, presence and performance capability; while at the same time exemplifying the individuality of the driver.
All Forge-Tec wheels are forged and manufactured in the USA from a single block of 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum. This process makes Forge-Tec wheels as much as 40% stronger than cast wheels. Each Forge-Tec wheel is 100% CNC machined in-house to precise tolerances, resulting in wheels with superior engineering, unique style characteristics and unsurpassed quality.
Forge-Tec wheels are equal to or lighter than the original wheels, even while being significantly larger in diameter. Such weight reduction over cast wheels results in:
- Improved ride quality
- Increased fuel economy
- Improved acceleration and cornering/handling
- Reduced brake distance
